How does the process work for group or couple orders, where the aim is for the pieces to complement each other?

To make your group/couple/other puzzle , add the Hoodie Puzz Line, Puzz Big and/or Little One item to the cart for each person who wishes to purchase a piece.

Don't forget to select the color and size of each item purchased!

We'll take care of the rest.

Should I choose a size larger than my own?

If you want a more over-sized, comfortable and relaxed look, we recommend choosing a size up.

I made a mistake with the photo and/or size I selected, what can I do?

We will do everything we can to correct the error in a timely manner. If the article is already in production, we apologize for the inconvenience.

How should I wash/treat the item I purchased?

🧼 Washing: Machine wash cold, inside out, on a delicate cycle, with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. Do not use fabric softeners.

🌀 Drying: Tumble dry at low temperature or, for longer durability, let air dry.

⚠️ Ironing: If necessary, iron on cold, inside out. Do not iron over the print.

🚫 Dry cleaning: Do not dry clean.
